Rental Inquiries

We welcome our gardeners & neighbors to use the central lawn area and gazebos as open spaces to hold their special private events. If you would like to hold your special event at The Spring Gardens we ask you to please contact us by submitting your request through this page.

Please note that a small fee is requested for these private events to enable us to cover the costs of maintenance of this space, and please note that during growing season this event should not block gardener access to their plots.

Due to liability:

  • RENTER is not permitted to “BYOB” (bring your own bottle) alcohol or otherwise permit or furnish alcohol on Garden premises except through a licensed and insured vendor.

  • You will be responsible for cleanup of the space right after, and for any damages incurred. We thank you for understanding.

  • Note: All events must end by 9PM.

Please do NOT assume your event is booked until you receive confirmation from the Events Committee!
